We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

Delivery Options

Herbal Essentials orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

Standard Service

Local orders within United Arab Emirates are free of charge.

International orders shipped via Standard Service are processed, shipped and delivered in 3 - 7 business days, depending on product availability and shipping location.

Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.

Rules and Restrictions

Some items sold by Herbal Essentials require special handling as specified by international  regulations governing the transport of these items.

• The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Herbal Essentials, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

• If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Return / Refund Policy

 

What’s Herbal Essentials Return Policy?

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. Except for Discounted Items, you may return the unused portion of any Products purchased at Herbal Essentials online without penalty and for any reason, within thirty (30) days after delivery of the Product.

Items that were purchased during promotional offers of a 30% or more discount (“Discount Items”) are sold “as-is” are not eligible for a refund or a return.

Refunds will be made only if Products are returned to Herbal Essentials in the original packaging. Those Products that are purchased at a physical store location or from other websites are subject to the return policies of the place where purchased and are not eligible for a refund if returned to Herbal Essentials as provided in this Site.

If your order included a free Gift with Purchase, please include it with your return to receive a refund on your order. Unfortunately orders shipped back without their free gifts will not receive a refund. Feel free to keep your free samples should you decide to return any purchase.

When can I expect my refund?

Cancelled orders within 24 hours will be refunded back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 50 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If eligible, refunds for timely returned Products will be made in the same manner as paid within 50 days from receipt, process and confirmation of the returned Products.

The initial shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive:

• The full purchase price of the Product less any VAT paid (if applicable)

Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic e-Coupon, in which case a new e-Coupon Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage within 24H from reception that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at +971-4-3790878.
